My Approach

My approach to counseling is grounded in my approach to life, I lean towards permission, pleasure, humor, trusting the process of people, and creating spaces to allow people to be curious, open, and seen.  I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can collaborate on whatever issues you're struggling with.

About me

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. While my Masters in Counselling Psychology gave me training as a generalist, I have advanced skills and training in the areas of trauma, grief and sex and relationship therapy.
