Individual Counselling

Sometimes it can feel like you're stuck or lost and you've been talking to yourself while not getting enough healthy change. I'm here to support you in while you are stuck or in pain; together we can focus in on who you are and what you want. By working through the tough stuff and embracing your unique abilities...

Whether you're in a traditional or a non-traditional or creative relationship, bumps in the road can be inevitable. Relationship therapy doesn't end with romantic or sexual partners. Sometimes we need help navigating family, friends and work dynamics...

Sexuality is powerful. It activates the most sensitive and vulnerable parts of ourselves, physically and emotionally. This gives sex the power to either be harmful or healing. Many sexual struggles have physiological causes, but they can also result from disconnecting from your ability to access and exercise your sexual agency...

My Approach

My approach to counseling is grounded in my approach to life, I lean towards permission, pleasure, humor, trusting the process of people, and creating spaces to allow people to be curious, open, and seen.  I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can collaborate on whatever issues you're struggling with.

About me

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. While my Masters in Counselling Psychology gave me training as a generalist, I have advanced skills and training in the areas of trauma, grief and sex and relationship therapy.
